General Terms and Conditions (Transactions and Shipping) – Otto Hainzl

All shop prices include Austrian value added tax.
The rate is 10% on books, 13% for fine art prints (thanks for the tax increase!), 20% otherwise.
If you would like to have items shipped VAT-free within the EU (= intra-Community delivery), please contact me by e-mail.

Shop prices also include shipment within the EU. Outside the EU, shipping is billed in accordance with the actual cost of shipment. This is calculated upon request. For this reason, shipments to states outside the EU are only made following individual requests.

Postage for all additional shipments, including returns and repeat-shipments, must be paid by the customer.
